I won't copy or resell in any way data from instructions or jobs for any purpose.

I won't reverse engineer or decompose Datamundi's tools or data files.

I will subcontract Datamundi jobs to freelancers I recruited. These freelancers are called “subcontractors”. I understand these subcontractors will see the value of the jobs minus my margin.

I agree to pay the freelancers within 5 days after I got paid by Datamundi. I understand the subcontractors will also see the date Datamundi paid me.

I won't communicate in any way about the jobs I am doing for Datamundi or its customers, except to my subcontractors.

I fully understand nobody but me is responsible for paying taxes, social security fees,... in my country on the work I do for Datamundi.

If I deliver a very bad quality job, I understand I will not be paid for it. A very bad job definition is – a clear indication of cheating and/or working on a high amount of entries without spending the minimum time reading their content and/or more than 30% of the checked sample being of low quality/unusable.

I agree to be paid via bank transfer/TransferWise or Paypal if this is possible. If these are not available in my country of residence, I agree to be paid via XOOM, Neteller or Skrill.

I will pay my subcontractors on time, in the way agreed with them. I will mark their jobs as paid on the job portal when I executed the payment to them. I understand that not paying my subcontractors on time is a valid reason for Datamundi to stop trusting me with new jobs.

If I no longer agree to one of these agreements, I will stop working for Datamundi and delete my account. However, I won’t delete my account before I got paid for all jobs done, and before I paid all subcontractors that worked for me.

I will respect this agreement even when I no longer take Datamundi jobs.

I agree my subcontractors will be shown the subcontractor’s NDA hereafter.

I understand {{COMPANY NAME OF LSP}} is in charge of my jobs, and DATAMUNDI is the customer of {{COMPANY NAME OF LSP}}.

I understand {{COMPANY NAME OF LSP}} and myself are using the infrastructure of DATAMUNDI to deliver jobs to the customers of DATAMUNDI.

I won't copy or resell in any way data from instructions or jobs for any purpose.

I won't communicate in any way about the jobs I am doing for {{COMPANY NAME OF LSP}} and DATAMUNDI or their customers.

I won't subcontract DATAMUNDI jobs to anyone. When I accept a job, me and nobody else will do the job. I understand DATAMUNDI will cross-reference my work, and subcontracting would simply destroy the reliability of my work.

I won’t create an freelance account on the DATAMUNDI Job Portal while I also work as a subcontractor for {{COMPANY NAME OF LSP}}.

I agree DATAMUNDI registers the time I work on job in detail and I don't mind this information will be used to organize Quality Control on my work. I agree this information is shared with {{COMPANY NAME OF LSP}}.
